Lead the transformation of complex business challenges into innovative AI-powered solutions. This role involves developing AI copilots, agents, automation products, and crafting executive-ready roadmaps for enterprise-wide transformation. We are seeking a dynamic consultant with expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI, data platforms, product management, and driving large-scale transformations.

The ideal candidate will excel at engaging senior stakeholders, translating intricate requirements into actionable plans, identifying key use cases, building compelling business cases, and collaborating closely with AI/ML teams to deliver impactful solutions. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to craft compelling executive narratives, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity independently are paramount. Prior experience within Technology, Audit, Risk, Controls, or the Financial Services sector is a significant advantage.

Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, including copilots, agents, and automation products, from concept to deployment.

Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.

Partner with senior stakeholders, including EDs, MDs, and Product Owners, to define and prioritize AI initiatives.

Lead use case discovery, business case development, and technical solutioning with AI/ML teams.

Ensure the successful delivery of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, workflow automation, and intelligent process transformation projects.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, transformation, product management, AI, automation, or data strategy.

Demonstrated experience working with Audit, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Operations, or Financial Services.

Proven track record in delivering GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, workflow automation, or intelligent process transformation initiatives.

Proficiency in Generative AI and LLMs, Agentic AI concepts, and RAG architectures.

Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.

Strong understanding of business process mapping, agile product delivery, and executive storytelling.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives using PowerPoint.

A Graduate degree or an MBA is required.
