Join our team as a Manager focused on AI/ML and Hybrid Cloud Engineering. This role is crucial for planning, building, and maintaining complex computing environments, including supercomputers and data centers. You will ensure the efficient operation, power, and cooling of these facilities, while also supporting critical R&D activities.

Key responsibilities include the strategic planning and construction of complex cluster and supercomputing systems across various data centers and labs. You will manage rack, stack, and cabling to optimize space and facilitate maintenance. Ensuring data center power and cooling efficiency while maximizing rack space utilization is paramount. Daily operations and support for data centers and labs are integral to this role.

Installation of diverse infrastructure solutions, including Cloud, VMs, Storage, Network, HPC, and AI components, will be part of your duties. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting network, optic cabling, bare metal, and operating system issues, alongside supporting essential Research & Development initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or higher in Computer, Electronics, or IT. Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, or CCNA are advantageous.

Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years as a lab manager, with proven expertise in supporting large and complex data centers, is required. A strong track record in Linux troubleshooting, including excellent problem identification and resolution skills, is essential.

In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows Core Services, including DHCP, DNS, NIS, AD, is necessary. The ideal candidate will also possess strong teamwork, service orientation, and organizational abilities.
