Drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).

Construct and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines tailored for enterprise-level use cases.

Develop and maintain robust embedding-based search and retrieval systems, incorporating vector databases.

Craft, evaluate, and refine prompts to elevate model performance, accuracy, and response quality.

Integrate and orchestrate LLMs via APIs and AI frameworks for production-ready applications.

Collaborate with diverse teams to pinpoint AI-driven business opportunities and applications.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and optimal performance of all GenAI applications.

A Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, B.Tech, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field is required.

Possess 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in AI engineering.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

Exhibit familiarity with major cloud AI platforms including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

Proven expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering.

Strong grasp of embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search principles is essential.

Experience with LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral is crucial.

Proficiency in LLM initialization, integration, configuration, and deployment is expected.

Active utilization of AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot within VS Code or IntelliJ is a must.

Understanding of Data Privacy, Security, Access Control, and Compliance within AI solutions.

Knowledge of LLM cost optimization techniques, including token management and model selection strategies.
