Lead complex AI transformation initiatives and large workstreams to ensure successful AI adoption. Design scalable AI, data, and cloud architectures tailored for enterprise environments. Define AI strategies, target architectures, and operating models for sustainable AI integration. Spearhead the development and scaling of advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI and Agentic AI. Oversee proof-of-concepts, pilot projects, and full production deployments. Develop forward-looking visions, roadmaps, and transformation strategies for AI scaling. Provide expert client advisory on critical AI-related technology and transformation decisions. Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality delivery on all engagements.

Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance. Bring at least six years of professional experience in consulting, specializing in AI, cloud technologies, or software engineering. Demonstrate substantial hands-on experience with AI systems like LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms, and their integration into enterprise architectures. Show proven success in leading project teams and managing end-to-end delivery, including effective client collaboration. Exhibit experience in effective resource planning and motivating, developing, and leading high-performing teams. Possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of translating business needs into technical architectures and engaging with executive leadership.
