As a Manager - Primary Sector Transformation, you will lead key interventions, shape policy, and foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Your work will be instrumental in achieving ambitious project objectives and accelerating development.

Lead thematic workstreams, designing and implementing sector transformation strategies and roadmaps. Coordinate closely with government departments, private sector entities, farmer groups, research institutions, and development partners for effective project execution.

Develop high-quality policy notes, concept papers, progress reports, and presentations. Oversee project planning, performance monitoring, risk management, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Facilitate investment, align government schemes, and promote innovative approaches to drive primary sector growth. This includes managing digital platforms and service delivery mechanisms to enhance efficiency.

A Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Development Studies, or a related field is required.

This position requires 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically in managing digital platforms, digital service delivery, or digital transformation projects.

Candidates must have proven experience in a managerial or equivalent leadership role, demonstrating expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, team supervision, and achieving program outcomes.
