Seeking an experienced Manager to lead Accounting & Reporting Assurance initiatives.

This role is pivotal in driving processes, controls, and governance within the accounting and reporting functions for our financial services clients.

- Lead internal controls and SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation, and optimization projects. - Manage engagements across Banking, NBFC, and Fintech sectors for a minimum of three years. - Utilize expertise in IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR, and industry best practices. - Supervise and mentor a team of 4-6 individuals, fostering professional development. - Develop proposals, flyers, detailed reports, and other essential documentation.

Prior experience is essential, with a focus on leading engagements in Internal Controls and SOX advisory.

Demonstrated experience working with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech companies for at least the past three years is required.

Strong understanding of technical literature, including IFC, COSO, SOX, and IFCoFR, along with general industry practices, is a must.

Proven ability to manage a team of 4-6 professionals and experience in preparing proposals and reports are key qualifications.
