Join our Assurance team as a Manager in Accounting & Reporting, based in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and fostering innovation. You will be instrumental in upholding the integrity of financial reporting and contributing to the long-term growth of the firm.

Apply comprehensive knowledge of Ind AS and its differences from IFRS, with US GAAP exposure being a valuable asset. Independently manage and execute Ind AS engagements, including complex technical accounting research. Prepare financial statements compliant with Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, including consolidated statements. Stay abreast of new pronouncements and regulations affecting Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting, including SOX and COSO frameworks. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics is essential, alongside advanced MS Office skills for data analysis and presentation.

This position requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience in Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP implementation, hedge accounting, ECL advisory, or testing, specifically related to Ind AS 109/IFRS 9. Extensive experience auditing financial statements under these standards is crucial. A background working with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech Companies is highly preferred. You should be well-versed in technical accounting literature and capable of preparing accounting white papers or diagnostic reports. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics, and strong MS Office skills are also necessary.
