Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Apply a deep understanding of Ind AS, with knowledge of IFRS differences, and leverage US GAAP expertise. Independently manage complex accounting engagements, including researching technical accounting issues.

Prepare compliant financial statements, including consolidated statements, under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP. Stay current with applicable laws, regulations, and pronouncements.

Demonstrate proficiency in Internal Control over Financial Reporting, including SOX and COSO frameworks. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics, and possess advanced MS Office skills for data analysis and presentation.

We seek a Qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years of experience, having passed the CA Final in no more than 4 attempts.

Essential qualities include being a proactive team player with a results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and navigating ambiguity.

Strong presentation and communication skills are vital, alongside advanced proficiency in MS Excel for handling large datasets. The ability to articulate findings through MS PowerPoint and report writing tools is necessary.

Exposure to Tableaux or Power BI is advantageous. Open and honest communication with clients and colleagues is expected. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and a willingness to travel is essential.
