As part of the Assurance (A&A) team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client services and contributing to innovation and long-term growth. This position is ideal for a qualified professional seeking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Independently execute Ind AS engagements, applying relevant accounting standards and researching complex technical accounting issues. Prepare financial statements compliant with Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, including consolidated statements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and new pronouncements. Demonstrate understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting, including SOX and COSO frameworks. Utilize ERP systems like SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics, and possess strong MS Office skills for data analysis and insight presentation.

Qualified CA with a strong understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP is essential, with up to 4 attempts in CA Final. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting is required. Candidates should possess excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and present insights effectively. Proficiency in report writing and presentation tools, alongside fluency in written and spoken English, is crucial. Experience with ERP systems and a proactive, result-oriented approach are highly valued. Willingness to travel is also expected.
