Oversee end-to-end finance functions, manage client finance operations, and ensure accurate transaction processing from a GL perspective.

Provide expert technical guidance on Ind AS/IFRS, conduct thorough reconciliations (bank, customer, related party), and manage accounting for various financial elements.

Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and budget vs. actual analyses. Ensure efficient data entry, master data management, and reporting within ERP systems like Tally ERP and SAP, supporting book closure activities.

Coordinate effectively with auditors, facilitate query resolution, and maintain audit documentation. Foster strong relationships between partners, professionals, and clients, while actively mentoring team members to achieve key outcomes and manage monthly closing activities within timelines.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Proven experience in managing finance functions, reviewing transactions, and handling GL entries for assets, liabilities, investments, and borrowings.

Demonstrated expertise in Ind AS/IFRS, reconciliation activities, and preparing financial statements, ideally under Ind AS.

Practical exposure to ERP systems such as Tally ERP and SAP for data entry, master data management, and reporting. Ability to coordinate with auditors and mentor team members is essential.
