Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP ABAP solutions, including RICEFW objects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design effective solutions.

Oversee technical design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to standards.

Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and track deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Support release planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

A minimum of 10-15 years of SAP ABAP development experience, with proven experience in a technical lead or managerial capacity.

Expertise in developing and managing RICEFW objects, coupled with a deep understanding of ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, and object-oriented ABAP.

Proficiency in various interface techniques (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, Web Services) and conversion/migration tools (BDC, LSMW).

Strong experience with enhancement techniques (BAdIs, user exits) and form technologies (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms).

Demonstrated ability in debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical estimation.

A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or an MBA, is required. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS views, AMDP, OData, and Fiori is highly desirable.
