Seeking a seasoned Ab Initio Developer with a decade of extensive experience in ETL development, data integration, and crafting enterprise data warehouse solutions. This role demands deep proficiency in Ab Initio components, GDE, Unix/Linux, SQL, and production support. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing and delivering intricate data pipelines for data modernization and migration initiatives.

This position is based in Mumbai, India, and requires a strong engineering background.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining complex Ab Initio ETL workflows using GDE.

Develop sophisticated graphs utilizing components such as Reformat, Rollup, Join, Scan, Lookup, Partition, Gather, Sort, and Dedup Sorted.

Engage with Ab Initio Co>Operating System, EME, and Control Center for seamless integration and management.

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ETL solutions.

Create reusable and performance-optimized Ab Initio graphs, focusing on meticulous ETL performance tuning, including partitioning, sorting, lookup optimization, and memory management. Craft complex SQL queries for relational databases like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Teradata, and develop/maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and scheduling.

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration is essential.

Proven expertise in Ab Initio, including its core components and GDE, is mandatory.

Strong command over Unix/Linux environments and advanced SQL is required.

Experience with production support and troubleshooting complex data issues is expected.

A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree is required for this role. Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse concepts and data modernization projects is a significant advantage.
