Administer and optimize ManageEngine OpManager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager (NCM) platforms. Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, alerts, and escalation workflows for diverse IT components. Manage event monitoring, alert correlation, and conduct root cause analysis to minimize disruptions. Oversee network configuration management, including backups, compliance, and change tracking. Integrate ManageEngine tools with ITSM platforms and develop automation workflows using PowerShell or Python.

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience administering enterprise monitoring platforms, with deep expertise in ManageEngine solutions. Proven hands-on experience with OpManager, Applications Manager, and NCM is essential. Demonstrated success in monitoring network devices, servers, applications, and databases. Strong understanding of monitoring configuration, alerting, and incident management processes. Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation is required for enhancing operational efficiency.
