In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Mainframe Assembly programs, including design, development, testing, and maintenance. You will provide crucial production support by troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement performance enhancements will be key. Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices through code reviews is also expected.

A minimum of 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Assembly programming is required. Proficiency in CICS, PL/I, embedded programming, and embedded systems is essential. A strong understanding of VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method) for effective data storage management is also necessary for this position.
