Join the Amazon Music Catalog Quality team as a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) and contribute to ensuring accurate, complete, and enriched music metadata across the entire Amazon Music catalog. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, dynamically validated metadata with low latency.
We leverage advanced technologies like large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and natural language processing to automate the detection and correction of metadata anomalies. This includes identifying misattributed tracks, duplicate content, and incorrect artist information, all while providing robust tools for continuous catalog integrity improvements at scale.
Design, develop, and manage scalable machine learning pipelines and online serving systems. Collaborate closely with applied scientists to optimize ML model performance and implement end-to-end solutions from experimentation to production.
Drive technological advancements and foster innovation in ML infrastructure. Partner with product managers, scientists, and engineers to deliver customer-centric products. Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure successful, customer-focused delivery.
Contribute to operational excellence through monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting high-volume, low-latency systems.
A minimum of one year of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis is beneficial.
