Seeking an accomplished M365 Admin Technical Lead to spearhead cloud and infrastructure engineering initiatives. This role demands extensive expertise in managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Oversee and administer a wide array of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

Manage Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring robust identity and access management.

Implement and maintain security and compliance features such as Microsoft Purview, DLP, and eDiscovery solutions.

Leverage PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and platform administration.

Integrate M365 services with Active Directory and hybrid environments, while ensuring high availability and security.

A minimum of 7 years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering, complemented by over 5 years specifically in Microsoft 365 engineering and administration.

Expertise in M365 tenant administration, licensing, user lifecycle management, and governance is essential.

Proficiency in administering Exchange Online, managing mail routing, transport rules, and messaging security.

Demonstrated experience in managing Microsoft Teams policies, governance, and user enablement.

Strong command of Microsoft Entra ID, including Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub is also expected.
