We are seeking a skilled Logistics & Transportation Consultant to drive transformation initiatives, optimize operations, and implement digital solutions across global logistics networks.

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs, operational teams, and technology partners to achieve process enhancements, cost savings, and operational excellence.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in analyzing and refining transportation operations across various modes (Road, Ocean, Air, SPOT). You will conduct freight spend analysis, identify cost optimization opportunities, and assess value-creation potential. Designing and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, operating models, SOPs, and governance frameworks will be key responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will support the implementation and enhancement of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) like OTM and SAP TM, and develop dashboards and KPIs for improved shipment visibility and carrier performance. Leading logistics transition activities, performing FTE analysis, and facilitating stakeholder workshops are also integral to this role. You'll contribute to digital transformation programs, develop carrier governance, and identify cost-saving measures.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations, with experience in analyzing freight spend and optimizing costs. Proficiency in designing process documentation and experience with TMS platforms such as OTM or SAP TM are highly desirable.

We are looking for individuals who can develop effective KPI frameworks, lead transition activities, and perform operational analyses. Strong facilitation skills for workshops, assessments, and validation sessions are essential. Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives and building robust client relationships is also crucial for success in this consulting engagement.
