Lead critical consulting engagements for organizations in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, parcel delivery, contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, and broader supply chain operations.

Take ownership of the entire business development lifecycle, from pinpointing opportunities and structuring deals to crafting proposals, delivering executive presentations, negotiating terms, and closing agreements with C-suite stakeholders.

Cultivate and expand strategic client relationships with leading logistics service providers, 3PL/4PL firms, freight forwarders, air cargo operators, ocean carriers, rail operators, parcel companies, and logistics-intensive industries.

Spearhead large-scale transformation programs focused on logistics operating model redesign, network optimization, cost and productivity improvements, enhancing customer experience, commercial transformation, shared services implementation, M&A integration, and driving sustainability and green logistics initiatives.

Provide expert advice on essential logistics technologies such as TMS, WMS, yard management systems, control towers, digital freight and visibility platforms, and leading enterprise software like SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, Kinaxis, Microsoft Cloud, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

Lead advanced logistics transformation leveraging AI and Agentic AI, including autonomous planning, AI-powered control towers, dynamic routing, sophisticated capacity and carrier management, real-time inventory visibility, enhanced customer service, streamlined claims management, predictive analytics, digital twins, IoT, robotics, and automation.

Possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or an advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or Business being strongly preferred.

Bring a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years specifically within the logistics and transportation sectors, and a minimum of 5 years in consulting or advisory capacities.

Demonstrate extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, solution selling, account growth, revenue ownership, and establishing strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in the Indian market and exposure to international clients.

Exhibit deep industry knowledge across air freight, ocean shipping, rail, surface transportation, contract logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, last-mile delivery, cross-border trade, intermodal transportation, and logistics network optimization.

Showcase relevant experience working with prominent logistics organizations such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Maersk, MSC, PIL, Nippon Express, DSV, DB Schenker, Kuehne+Nagel, CEVA, Expeditors, C.H. Robinson, GXO, XPO, Ryder, or comparable global entities.

Possess experience across key sectors including Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, or Industrial Products, with a focus on logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.

Maintain a strong understanding of cutting-edge technologies including AI, GenAI, Agentic systems, advanced analytics, automation, cloud solutions, digital platforms, and supply chain visibility tools relevant to the logistics industry.

Display exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking capabilities, adeptness in board-level communication, robust stakeholder management skills, effective change leadership, global leadership experience, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
