This role is instrumental in coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.

This is a permanent role focused on optimizing transportation planning and execution. You'll leverage your expertise to ensure seamless logistics operations and contribute to sustainable, inclusive solutions.

Manage end-to-end order management and daily operations using SAP ITP. Effectively communicate order status and delivery changes to customers and cross-functional teams.

Process sales orders, verify commercial terms and credit limits, and ensure order release for shipment. Prepare and send accurate invoices and handle any exceptions like returns or damages.

Ensure all export documentation is compliant with internal policies and external regulations, including customs and international trade laws. Utilize global reports and KPIs for performance tracking and improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Cluster Replenishment Planners and Order Management teams for smooth task handovers. Coordinate effectively with logistics service providers and relevant authorities for successful export execution.

A strong background in logistics planning and execution is essential, with proficiency in SAP ITP for order management. You should possess advanced analytical skills to interpret data and identify root causes.

Solid expertise in customs compliance, export documentation, and financial flows is required. A deep understanding of core business processes and supply chain principles is crucial.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers and stakeholders. The ability to manage exceptions and drive corrective actions is also key.
