We are seeking a dynamic Transport / Logistics Specialist to oversee transportation planning, execution, and optimization. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient shipment movement, controlling costs, and maintaining high service levels through collaboration with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing inbound and outbound transportation activities, optimizing routes, loads, and carrier allocations. You will manage shipments within TMS platforms (OTM, SAP TM), proactively track shipments, and handle exceptions. Effective coordination with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers is essential, as is performing freight audits and validating invoices. The role also involves driving continuous improvement and cost optimization, preparing reports, and analyzing KPIs. Maintaining master data accuracy and ensuring SOP and regulatory compliance are also core duties.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 9 years of experience across all transport modes (Air, Ocean, Road) and warehousing. Proficiency with SAP, OTM, Power BI, or other TMS tools is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent Excel and reporting tool capabilities, are necessary. Effective communication skills are vital for success in this collaborative environment.
