We seek a skilled Transport / Logistics Specialist to optimize shipment movements, control costs, and ensure high service levels. This role is crucial for coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to achieve efficient logistics operations and contribute to building a more inclusive world.

Manage end-to-end order processing using SAP ITP, ensuring seamless daily operations. Effectively communicate order status and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders. Handle and resolve exceptions like returns and damages, driving corrective actions. Prepare and maintain compliant export documentation, adhering to all internal policies and external regulations. Utilize global reports and KPIs to monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Cluster Replenishment Planners and Order Management teams for task handovers.

This role requires 3 to 8 years of experience in logistics planning and execution. Essential skills include proficiency in SAP ITP, strong analytical abilities for data interpretation, and solid expertise in customs compliance and export documentation. A deep understanding of core business processes, supply chain principles, and company demand/supply networks is vital. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for stakeholder interaction and negotiation.
