Develop and optimize ABAP solutions on SAP HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP Procedures, and OData Services. Lead end-to-end data migration activities, utilizing tools like SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM) and various data transfer techniques (BAPIs, IDOCs, BDCs).

Execute comprehensive data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes. Design and develop ETL programs for large-scale data transfers. Collaborate with functional consultants, data governance teams, and business stakeholders to deliver HANA-optimized technical solutions. Troubleshoot performance issues and support go-live, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.

Demonstrated expertise in ABAP for HANA, including ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA Modeling. Proven experience with data migration tools and techniques such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, BAPIs, and IDOCs. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield/Greenfield) and performance tuning within SAP HANA.

Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum is advantageous. Experience with integration tools and other ERP migrations is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work model, with potential requirements for in-office attendance based on business needs.
