This position focuses on two key areas: DDI platform management and Load Balancer configuration. You will be responsible for the administration, automation, and support of the enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) platform using CygnaLabs IPControl, ensuring seamless IP allocation, DNS resolution, and DHCP services across various environments.

Key load balancer responsibilities include configuring and managing F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, HAProxy, and NGINX. You will implement L4/L7 load balancing, manage virtual servers, pools, and health monitors, and handle SSL offloading. The role involves optimizing traffic distribution, enhancing application performance, and troubleshooting load balancing and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities include administering enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, creating and managing IP address blocks, subnets, DHCP scopes, and DNS zones. You will monitor IP utilization, plan IPv4/IPv6 address space, maintain accurate IP inventory, and perform subnet provisioning and capacity forecasting. Support for multi-cloud environments, configuration of DNS records, zones, and policies, and management of DHCP failover are essential.

Troubleshooting production incidents affecting DNS and DHCP operations and leveraging automation tools, APIs, and scripting for network provisioning and operational efficiency are also critical. Experience with Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS services is required. Familiarity with configuring load balancer elements like virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading is crucial for success in this role.
