This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our enterprise DDI and load balancing infrastructure, ensuring robust network performance and security.

Key responsibilities include the administration, automation, and support of the enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management) platform using CygnaLabs IPControl. This involves ensuring reliable IP allocation, DNS resolution, DHCP services, and network automation across various environments.

Responsibilities also include configuring and managing load balancers such as F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, HAProxy, and NGINX. You will implement L4/L7 load balancing, configure virtual servers, pools, and health monitors, and manage SSL offloading. Troubleshooting load balancing and application connectivity issues will also be part of your role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with DDI platforms, including CygnaLabs IPControl, and managing enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services. You should be proficient in planning and allocating IPv4 and IPv6 address space, performing capacity forecasting, and supporting multi-cloud environments.

Experience with configuring and troubleshooting DNS records, zones, and policies, along with managing DHCP failover and lease monitoring, is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS services is required. Additionally, a strong ability to leverage automation tools, APIs, and scripting to improve operational efficiency is crucial for this role.
