- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Proven experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. - Strong understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architectures. - Ability to preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation. - Proficiency in Python and other AI development languages. - Familiarity with language model performance evaluation metrics. - Completed 15 years of full-time education.
