An experienced L2 Support Engineer is sought to provide comprehensive application and infrastructure support for project-driven initiatives. This role demands robust technical proficiency in application deployment, environment configuration, middleware, databases, infrastructure, and monitoring tools. Key responsibilities include providing Level-2 application support for both project and production environments. Configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications across various environments, while investigating and resolving application, infrastructure, and database issues are core functions. Monitoring application performance and system health using enterprise tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing root cause analysis for continuous service improvement are also expected. Ensuring adherence to operational and support processes, including incident and change management, is vital.

Required expertise encompasses strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, with hands-on proficiency in Bitbucket and version control practices. Experience in application installation, configuration, and environment setup is essential. A solid understanding of SQL and Oracle Database, including query writing and troubleshooting, is necessary.
