Join our Legal Entity Controllership team as a Specialist in Pune. This role is crucial for managing month-end close accounting, accurate billing, and comprehensive financial reporting. You will be integral to maintaining the integrity of our general ledger and financial operations.

Key responsibilities include executing month-end and quarter-end close activities, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing variances. You will also manage intercompany transactions, prepare quarterly financial statements, and support audit responses. Additionally, this role involves managing end-to-end billing for clients, calculating revenue accruals, investigating billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate fee calculations based on contractual agreements.

Collaboration with Finance teams across India and international locations, as well as external auditors, is essential. You will also play a part in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and apply critical thinking to evaluate processes and controls.

A Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is required, with a CA qualification being highly preferred. We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Experience with financial systems like Workiva, FCCS, or Coda is advantageous.
