Join our corporate accounting team as a Specialist in Legal Entity Controllership (LEC). This role is crucial for managing month-end close accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will be instrumental in maintaining general ledger integrity, generating management reports, and performing detailed reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include executing month-end and quarter-end book close activities, adhering to internal guidelines and SOX controls. You will prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, manage intercompany transactions and settlements, and conduct variance analyses.

Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting reports for legal entities, along with audit responses and documentation. Consolidate financial data, prepare notes to accounts, manage shareholder's equity statements, and resolve intercompany eliminations and investment-equity discrepancies.

Collaborate effectively with external auditors, corporate accounting, tax teams, and system administrators. Support ad hoc financial analyses, troubleshoot processes, and coordinate with various finance teams including financial reporting, treasury, reconciliation, fund administration, and FP&A.

A Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is required, with a preference for candidates who are CA qualified. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is necessary, with 8+ years being preferred.

Proficiency in financial systems such as Workiva, FCCS, and Oracle PeopleSoft is advantageous. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is highly preferred.
