As Legal Counsel, you will oversee the entire legal lifecycle of global partner frameworks, ensuring consistency and enforceability across various jurisdictions. You will lead negotiations with global partners and suppliers, effectively managing legal, regulatory, and contractual risks associated with cross-border partnership and go-to-market models.

Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Capgemini's contracting guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining legal templates, playbooks, and guidance, while delivering training to stakeholders. Adapting to an evolving global landscape and GSIP priorities is crucial for success in this role.

We are looking for an experienced professional to act as legal counsel for global technology partnerships. The ideal candidate will structure, draft, and negotiate complex alliance, reseller, and distributor agreements. You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice while safeguarding Capgemini's legal interests.

This role requires coordination with various internal teams, including GSIP, business units, procurement, sales, and finance, to ensure timely execution of agreements.
