Enablement Services within GDS focuses on delivering high-skilled, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to support EY's global and local enablement teams, including expertise in analytics, digital, user experience, and various technology domains.

As an Instructional Design Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, and subject matter experts to identify and address target audience training needs.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing and developing engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities using established models like ADDIE and Kirkpatrick. - Creating supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, and role-plays. - Determining assessment criteria and developing instruments to evaluate learner performance. - Ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous internal reviews and client feedback. - Becoming a recognized subject matter expert in specific SAP/SI domains. - Maintaining and updating training materials based on SAP system and business requirement changes. - Building strong relationships with clients and project team members through effective communication and collaboration. - Contributing to practice development by creating collaterals, tools, and methodologies. - Driving thought leadership within the SAP/SI learning domain. - Taking ownership of decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team oversight to ensure successful task execution and achievement of organizational goals.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 4-7 years of relevant experience.

Essential qualifications include: - Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA). - Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines. - Strong writing and communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. - The ability to articulate design decisions and provide creative direction. - Proficiency with at least one course authoring and learning tool (e.g., SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia). - Practical knowledge of instructional design principles and experience developing various digital learning formats (web-based learning, videos, interactive PDFs, VILT). - Experience reviewing learning deliverables developed by others. - Ability to develop learning estimations and proposals. - Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms.

Ideal candidates will also have experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design and proven project management skills for digital learning development. Knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems is also advantageous.
