Lead and deliver large-scale SAP/SI learning engagements, managing teams, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Establish and grow instructional design expertise within the practice, leading a team of SAP/SI specialists. Drive new SAP/SI capability development based on market trends and lead advanced technology implementations for SAP/SI learning.

Utilize instructional design models like ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to create engaging SAP/SI course content. Ensure operational efficiency through risk management, effective planning, and budgeting. Provide strategic visual design solutions and act as a subject matter expert for distributed program teams. Develop practice-building collaterals and contribute to process re-engineering for efficiency gains. Mentor team members, set goals, and conduct performance reviews to foster continuous learning and development.

Requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree with 10-14 years of experience managing complex learning projects. Must possess proven expertise in SAP systems (e.g., SAP FI, HR, MM, S4/HANA) and extensive experience in designing and developing SAP/SI training. Exceptional knowledge of SAP EnableNow, storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines is essential.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, along with strong communication and presentation skills, is necessary. Experience managing large teams and multiple digital learning engagements is required. Familiarity with course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar, and practical knowledge of instructional design principles are key. Experience developing various digital learning formats, including e-learning, videos, podcasts, and VILT, is expected. Ability to develop learning estimations, proposals, and assess learning effectiveness is crucial. Cross-industry exposure and experience in a cross-cultural setup are highly valued.
