Join EY's Talent Services team as a Senior Associate Learning Deployment Specialist in Germany. This role is integral to the Global Delivery Services organization, supporting HR and learning initiatives for EY member firms. You will work closely with the Germany learning team, acting as a key support for learning deployment and administration, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and facilitators.

This position is part of the extended Europe West Region Learning team, fully integrated with onshore colleagues. You will contribute to planning activities and execute learning processes through existing workflows, utilizing systems like SuccessFactors and Service-Now. Your efforts will directly impact the successful delivery of learning programs across EY Germany.

Key responsibilities include building initial course schedules, submitting requests for offering schedules, and publishing content within SuccessFactors. You will support the operational execution of learning deployment plans, managing budget tracking, cost administration, and event-related coordination.

Further duties involve monitoring participant nominations, managing cancellations, and rescheduling sessions. You will also prepare facilitators, coordinate their logistics, and manage event administration within learning systems. This includes creating event codes, uploading data, and facilitating event closure activities.

Additional tasks include coordinating operational event requirements like badge production and participant materials, maintaining learning-related SharePoint sites, and ensuring content relevancy. Building strong working relationships with the EY Germany learning team and contributing to wider Talent Development projects are also essential. You will ensure appropriate CE credits are awarded when applicable.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience or specialization in Human Resources is a plus.

We require at least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning Operations, with significant exposure to HR within professional services or corporate environments. Experience working in international and diverse settings is highly valued. Familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning is an advantage, though a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Essential skills include a deep understanding of EY and its Talent initiatives. You should have experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors Learning. Strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Excellent written and oral communication abilities are required, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels. A proactive, can-do attitude, a strong team player mentality, and the ability to build relationships across global and regional teams are key. You must be adept at learning new processes quickly and possess strong IT proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

A solutions-oriented mindset for proactive problem-solving, a service-oriented approach focused on delivering an excellent learner and stakeholder experience, and flexibility to support business-critical activities are expected. Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory, and German language skills are advantageous.
