Join EY's Global Delivery Services as a Learning Deployment Specialist and contribute to building an exceptional experience for yourself and a better working world. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Talent Services function, supporting various HR and learning initiatives for EY member firms. You will collaborate closely with onshore colleagues and be aligned with global learning processes.

This position is at the Senior Associate level, focusing on the deployment of multiple courses within specific curricula for Europe West. You will work alongside experienced team members, overseeing learning administration and reporting on course feedback. Your responsibilities will span the entire program lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder coordination to participant management, logistics, documentation, and continuous improvement.

As a Learning Deployment Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of learning deployment activities. This includes validating training requests, submitting necessary requests in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors), and ensuring accurate CE credit allocation. You will monitor learner queries, manage participant nominations, and analyze reports related to credits and evaluations.

In program management, you will support regional learning priorities and initiatives by coordinating planning, execution, and delivery of learning programs. This involves managing timelines, action trackers, and key deliverables. You will also handle stakeholder engagement, including communications, briefing sessions, and ensuring readiness for program delivery. Supporting governance forums, maintaining program documentation, and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement will be key aspects of your role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. We require 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in HR within professional services or a corporate environment. Experience in Learning and Development and working in international, diverse settings is highly desirable.

Key skills include proficiency in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, advanced Microsoft Office 365 suite knowledge (Teams, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication abilities. You should be a proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset, a strong team player, and capable of adapting to changing demands. Program coordination, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for managing multiple priorities and driving program success.
