You will take ownership of specific work components, such as creating storyboards, learning assets, stakeholder maps, research summaries, proposal sections, workshop materials, readiness trackers, and dashboards. This position uniquely blends learning design, change enablement, digital learning strategies, project coordination, and the responsible application of AI, moving beyond traditional learning administration.

Leverage your consulting potential by structuring information clearly, asking pertinent questions, and aligning deliverables with client needs. Develop strong written and visual communication skills to produce concise English content and well-structured presentations with meticulous attention to detail. Your business-level Arabic proficiency will be crucial for proposal support, stakeholder interactions, and workshop participation, ensuring seamless communication across diverse teams and clients.

Develop comprehensive learning journeys, curriculum maps, and blended learning experiences. Create engaging e-learning modules, storyboards, and facilitator guides using adult learning principles and instructional design methods like ADDIE or SAM. Support organizational change initiatives by maintaining stakeholder registers, change-impact logs, and adoption dashboards. Draft compelling change communications, campaign content, and FAQs for client review. Contribute to proposal development by conducting market research, drafting content, and preparing high-quality presentations. Facilitate learning sessions and working meetings, and manage project tasks, dependencies, and risks effectively. Utilize generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for research, synthesis, and content creation, ensuring responsible application and human review for all AI-assisted outputs. Create and edit digital learning assets using industry-standard authoring tools, and support content upload and reporting on learning platforms.

Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in learning design, L&D, content development, training delivery, change support, HR, organizational development, or consulting. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as business, human resources, education, psychology, organizational development, communication, or design. Demonstrate a working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies like ADDIE or SAM. Proven experience in creating professional presentations, learning content, communications, or structured business documents is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with familiarity with digital collaboration tools, is required. Practical experience with generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for research and content creation, including evidence of responsible review, is a must. Strong business-level Arabic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is essential for proposal support, stakeholder discussions, and workshops, and will be assessed practically. Excellent spoken and written English is also a requirement, along with a willingness to support MENA working hours.
