Key responsibilities include designing engaging learning experiences, supporting organizational change and adoption efforts, contributing to business pursuits and proposals, and ensuring effective client delivery and learning operations.

Specifically, you will conduct learning needs analysis, design learning journeys, and develop various learning materials. You'll also help maintain stakeholder registers, draft change communications, and support readiness activities. In pursuits, you will conduct research, draft proposal content, and create high-quality presentations.

Client delivery involves owning project tasks, preparing workshop materials, and facilitating sessions. You'll also support learning intake, scheduling, deployment, and foster collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams. A significant focus will be on leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for research, content creation, and exploring innovative AI-enabled learning use cases, always ensuring human review and quality controls.

We are seeking individuals with 1-3 years of relevant experience in learning design, L&D, content development, training delivery, change support, HR, organizational development, or consulting.

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as business, human resources, education, psychology, organizational development, or communication is essential. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and experience with digital collaboration tools.

Practical experience using generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for research or content creation, with a demonstrated ability for responsible review, is required. Business-level English proficiency for proposal content review, stakeholder discussions, and workshop support is also necessary, along with a willingness to support MENA working hours.
