This is a pivotal role for a founding delivery and pursuit hire, responsible for translating complex client needs into practical learning and adoption solutions. You'll own key workstreams and drive client success, contributing to EY's mission of building a better working world.

You will work with diverse clients, primarily in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on government, energy, and financial services sectors. Lead and own one or more learning and change workstreams, managing scope, quality, schedule, and client communication. Conduct discovery interviews, needs analyses, and stakeholder workshops to translate business objectives into effective learning strategies. Design and develop integrated learning and adoption approaches, leveraging instructional design methodologies. Produce high-quality client-ready strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans. Facilitate sessions for stakeholders and learners, presenting recommendations to senior client leadership.

Contribute to proposal development by independently drafting solution approaches, methodologies, and effort estimates. Analyze RFP requirements and develop win themes. Utilize generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot responsibly to accelerate research, synthesis, and design. Build reusable assets and contribute to the firm's intellectual property and capability development.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 7-9 years of experience in Learning & Development consulting, learning transformation, and organizational change management. A proven track record of client-facing consulting and independent workstream ownership is essential. You must demonstrate experience in contributing to RFPs, solution approaches, and proposal writing, including effort estimation.

Required qualifications include depth in learning strategy, needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation, evaluation, and capability building. Practical experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption is also necessary. Hands-on experience with generative AI and Microsoft Copilot for consulting or learning work is a must. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, HR, education, or psychology is required.
