Lead and manage end-to-end learning and change engagements, ensuring quality, financial success, and client satisfaction. Develop innovative solution architectures encompassing learning strategy, curriculum, change management, and technology enablement. Drive business development efforts, shaping commercially viable proposals and leading pursuits. Implement AI-driven learning solutions, including content acceleration and personalized learning journeys, adhering to firm policies. Mentor and coach consultants, fostering expertise in consulting, learning, change, and AI capabilities within the team. Contribute to practice development by creating reusable assets and methodologies.

Key duties include leading learning needs analysis, designing learning operating models and academies, and developing change strategies for digital and workforce transformations. You will also be responsible for translating client requirements into effective solutions, building strong client relationships, and managing delivery risks. Integrating stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans into learning solutions will be paramount. Support the development of leadership assessment programs and contribute to market development initiatives by identifying opportunities for service expansion.

We seek an experienced professional with 11–15 years of experience in L&D consulting, learning transformation, and organizational change management, including significant client-facing consulting roles. Proven ability to lead complex engagements, manage finances, quality, and client outcomes is essential. Demonstrable success in leading pursuits, developing compelling proposals, and shaping impactful learning or change solutions is required. A strong foundation in learning strategy, needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation, and evaluation is necessary. Working knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness is expected. Proficiency in the responsible use of generative AI, including Microsoft Copilot, for consulting and learning work is a must.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, human resources, education, or psychology. Business-level Arabic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory for proposal content review, stakeholder discussions, and workshop support. Preferred experience includes working within the GCC or MENA markets, particularly in government, energy, or financial services, and prior experience with major consulting firms. Familiarity with managed learning services, learning operating models, leadership development, and various learning platforms and tools is advantageous.
