This Manager role is integral to the MENA Learning & Change portfolio, leading client engagements, developing solutions, and driving practice growth.

The position integrates learning transformation, organizational change management, business development, and AI-enabled learning, with a primary focus on the KSA market. You'll collaborate with MENA partners and account teams across government, energy, and financial services sectors.

Lead end-to-end learning and change engagements, ensuring quality, financial success, and client satisfaction. Design innovative learning strategies, operating models, and change adoption plans. Drive business development efforts by leading pursuits, crafting compelling proposals, and identifying new opportunities.

Spearhead AI-enabled learning initiatives, utilizing tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance learning design and content. Coach and mentor consultants, contributing to team capability building and practice development. Develop reusable methodologies and assets to foster a scalable practice.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside 11-15 years of experience in L&D consulting, learning transformation, and organizational change management. Proven success in end-to-end engagement leadership, pursuit management, and solution shaping is essential.

Demonstrate expertise in learning strategy, curriculum design, change management principles, and the responsible use of generative AI. Business-level Arabic proficiency is mandatory for proposal content review, stakeholder discussions, and workshop support. GCC or MENA market experience, particularly in target sectors, is preferred.
