Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, is seeking a skilled Windchill Functional SME for its Meritor/CDBS initiatives. This role involves translating business needs into effective Windchill solutions, driving user adoption, and facilitating knowledge transfer within transformation projects. As part of the C.K. This position acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders, product development teams, and technical implementation teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into scalable, efficient Windchill solutions. Furthermore, they will be instrumental in preparing the organization for these changes and ensuring effective knowledge dissemination.

Key responsibilities include leading functional requirement generation, designing solutions, and supporting user adoption. You will also conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to empower end-users and contribute to the development of role-based learning content. Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills are essential for this role, ensuring clear communication and effective knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Windchill implementation and transformation projects.

A strong foundation in Windchill PLM implementations and expertise in business process analysis are required. Candidates must be adept at creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and user stories. Familiarity with Engineering Change Management, Product Development Lifecycle, and supporting UAT activities is crucial. Hands-on experience with Meritor business processes and an understanding of CDBS application landscapes are highly valued. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving abilities are expected, along with the ability to collaborate with global teams in Agile and hybrid environments.
