Conduct comprehensive usability studies, translating user feedback into actionable product improvements and feature enhancements.

Contribute to the development of tools and dashboards that synthesize data from interviews, product usage, and other sources to track the evolution of human-AI interactions.

Serve as the resident behavioral expert, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to address complex, open-ended product challenges.

Possess a minimum of 7 years of extensive hands-on research experience within technology, product, consulting, or applied research domains.

Demonstrate a robust background in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

Exhibit strong proficiency in mixed research methodologies, integrating in-depth qualitative techniques like interviews and observation with rigorous quantitative analysis, including surveys, experiments, and behavioral data tracking.
