Join Google as a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive critical network delivery initiatives. Lead and manage the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products, utilizing automation and software programs. Coordinate with global delivery teams to ensure efficient network services for customers.

Partner with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers on large-scale technical networking projects. Develop comprehensive reports tracking scope, schedule, budget, and risks, while managing project issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Design and implement new processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the reliable achievement of process objectives. Manage third-party vendors responsible for network service monitoring and troubleshooting, including facilitating engineering escalations.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 8 years of program management experience. Candidates must also possess 5 years of leadership experience, either with or without direct reports.

Demonstrated experience in technical program management, specifically within network infrastructure delivery, is essential. Experience in people management or team leadership is also a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience managing cross-functional projects, familiarity with network certifications (PMP, Agile, BICSI, CCDE, CCNP, CCIE), experience with data center or colocation facility implementation, and expertise in vendor management and leading business reviews.
