Design, develop, and implement a robust performance management system for Iris, ensuring timely execution of cycles and alignment with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include implementing and enhancing the performance management system to measure role and level-wise KRAs/KPIs and goal outcomes, enabling reporting managers to identify areas for improvement and developmental plans.
Ensure the timely completion of performance management cycles on a half-yearly and annual basis, verified by stakeholder feedback. Facilitate fair, timely, and complete feedback delivery to employees, as indicated by employee feedback surveys. Manage the promotion cycle across all levels and career streams, integrating the company's Talent Architecture.
Review performance policies and implement process improvements based on business requirements. Develop and deploy a competency-based assessment model for each career stream, establishing clear competency assessment gates for career progression. Create mechanisms for potential assessment for specialist and leadership levels, alongside developing frameworks and interventions for leadership development and career progression aligned with the Talent Architecture.
This role demands 8-10 years of experience with a deep understanding of performance appraisal framework design, development, and execution. You should be adept at creating and sharing dashboards and analytics to provide insights into the performance management process. Maintaining an awareness of market information and best practices in performance management is crucial.
Experience with the SuccessFactors PMGM module is mandatory. You will be responsible for owning PMGM system requirements and collaborating with the systems team on enhancements. Essential competencies include a strong grasp of performance management best practices and the ability to drive initiatives within the HR function.
