We are seeking an engineer proficient in writing secure code in multiple languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL, with a strong understanding of secure coding standards (OWASP, CWE) and vulnerability management. Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud-native development is preferred.
Familiarity with standard branching strategies like Gitflow and peer review practices is essential, with an aim to move towards trunk-based development. You should be skilled in using tools for code quality scanning (Sonar, Zally, Checkmarx) and applying TDD/BDD principles. A solid grasp of basic and advanced design patterns, API standards, and cataloging is required. Experience with agile SDLC practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD) and the ability to estimate non-functional requirements, including security and performance, are crucial.
You will be responsible for orchestrating release workflows and pipelines, and performing debugging and troubleshooting. Conducting product demos, understanding customer journeys, and ensuring high availability (99.95%) are key aspects of this role. This position also involves conducting technical interviews to maintain high performance standards within the engineering team.
