This role focuses on leading and supporting SAP TM (Transportation Management) initiatives. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive transportation solutions that align with intricate logistics processes.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and data flow, contributing to the efficiency of our clients' operations. Your expertise will also be vital in providing production support and driving enhancements to optimize transportation and logistics functions.

Lead and support SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and ongoing engagements. Gather detailed business requirements to architect end-to-end transportation solutions. Configure SAP TM functionalities, including freight planning, optimization, carrier selection, and settlement processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as EWM, SD, MM, and FI for integrated solutions. Provide crucial production support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements for logistics operations.

Requires a minimum of 9 years of dedicated experience in SAP TM, coupled with deep expertise in transportation and logistics processes. Must possess hands-on configuration experience in areas like freight order management, planning, execution, and charge management. Experience with S/4HANA TM or embedded TM implementations is highly advantageous. A strong understanding of integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FI modules is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with the ability to thrive in global team environments.
