Join Capgemini as a Lead Software Engineer specializing in SAP Solution Architecture and Presales. This role is pivotal in leading global SAP S/4HANA deals, overseeing end-to-end solutioning and bid responses. You will be instrumental in positioning Capgemini's SAP offerings, driving solution strategy in collaboration with account teams, and shaping deals to align with competitive landscapes and client priorities.

Leverage your expertise in planning and estimating SAP Business Transformation solutions. You will drive pre-sales activities, including RFPs and client presentations, and lead S/4HANA RISE adoption initiatives, clearly demonstrating business value. Additionally, you'll champion next-generation SAP innovations on BTP, such as GenAI and Joule, and drive innovation agendas in large accounts, providing delivery and solution assurance.

Lead end-to-end SAP solutioning and bid responses for global SAP S/4HANA deals, coordinating with solution teams and SMEs.

Strategically position and promote Capgemini's SAP offers and assets, working closely with clients to drive solution strategy and shape deals.

Drive pre-sales activities, including RFPs and client presentations, and lead S/4HANA RISE adoption initiatives for digital transformation.

Champion SAP innovations on BTP (GenAI, Joule, Signavio) and drive transformation agendas in existing accounts.

Provide expert support for projects and engagements, guiding and mentoring architects to enhance solutioning capabilities and drive industrialization and automation.

A minimum of 10 years of SAP experience is required, with deep expertise in at least one core area such as R2R, O2C, P2P, or SCM, complemented by strong SAP Solution Integration knowledge. Prior pre-sales experience is essential.

Proven experience as a Presales Solution Architect leading large strategic SAP deals exceeding 10 million Euros. You should be adept at understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and providing estimations, costing, and commercial offers for global clients.

Possess strong hands-on experience in a key SAP module (FICO, P2P, O2C, SCM) for 5-7 years, coupled with 5-7 years of Delivery Management experience in SAP AD implementation projects in customer-facing roles. A solid understanding of industry insights is crucial.

Demonstrate expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade processes, including sizing, architecture, configuration, and daily operations. Broad functional understanding and in-depth process knowledge in one area are expected, along with sector know-how in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Life Sciences, Automotive, or Utilities.

Possess excellent English communication skills, articulacy, and experience interacting with senior client stakeholders (CIOs, Program Managers, Business Process Owners). Strong people and stakeholder management capabilities are vital. Ability to travel extensively for client workshops and deal shaping is required.
