As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the full-stack Java development of scalable applications, incorporating modern front-end technologies like React or Angular. You will serve as a senior technical authority, guiding design choices and establishing technical standards. Your responsibilities include writing high-quality, maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and propose innovative solutions, and providing accurate technical estimates. Ensuring zero downtime in production and addressing operational concerns for consistent service delivery are paramount. You will also lead and mentor a focused engineering team, championing innovation and AI adoption.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by approximately 9 years of experience in software engineering. A strong command of Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate, along with modern database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, is essential. Proven experience in microservices architecture, event-driven platforms like Kafka, and front-end development with React or Angular is required. Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, understanding of modern security and scalability practices, and proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies are key. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly valued.
