We seek a Lead Software Engineer with 8-13 years of experience in software development, focusing on scalable, high-performing applications for real-time and batch processing. A strong foundation in Design and Architecture patterns, including APIs, event-driven services, batch services, and messaging systems, is essential.

Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, REST API, Micro-services, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka is required. Experience with Cloud and DevOps Architecture, including Kubernetes, Docker, Chef, Azure, and AWS, is highly valued. A solid understanding of databases like Oracle and open-source alternatives, along with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Sonar, GIT, Maven, SQL Developer, and Jenkins, is expected. You must possess the ability to write secure Java code, understand secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT), and be adept at vulnerability management. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary.
