As a Software Engineer, you will actively participate in Agile ceremonies using the SAFe framework, including sprint planning and execution. You'll collaborate closely with onshore engineering teams to deliver features, resolve defects, and ensure seamless integration. Responsibilities also include designing and maintaining solutions across a multi-technology stack, supporting live systems for optimal performance and resilience, and contributing to best practices in engineering, automation, and process improvement.

We seek a technically adept and collaborative Software Engineer experienced in enterprise-scale environments. Essential qualifications include proficiency in Java backend development and relational databases (Oracle), with expertise in the Spring Boot framework. Familiarity with TDD/BDD testing, frontend technologies like Angular and JavaScript, SQL scripting, and experience with REST, Messaging, and Event-Driven architectures are required. Exposure to DevOps tooling, security mechanisms, and Agile/Scrum methodologies (ideally SAFe) is also necessary.
