This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our access management services. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to a secure and efficient digital environment for our employees.

Drive the delivery of high-quality business and functional requirements, presented as user stories, to development teams for design, coding, testing, and implementation. Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and technical leads to refine new functionalities and enhancements for service platforms. Develop business cases that address system functionality gaps against user requirements, maximizing the impact of Certificate and Signing Services on our product roadmap.

Apply a detailed understanding of Certificate Signing and Privileged Access Management business needs to confirm requirement specifications and develop effective IT solutions. Participate in requirements gathering for complex applications, including encryption and certificate management. Analyze system requirements and work with development teams to ensure optimal designs are achieved. Review test cases for accuracy and complete coverage of acceptance criteria. Provide technical support to client application teams during new service implementations and act as a subject matter expert for support escalations.

We are seeking an experienced Software Development professional with 8-12 years of career experience. A strong background in full-stack development, particularly with Java (including Spring Boot and Microservices), is essential. Expertise in GoLang and Linux is also required.

Candidates should possess experience with configuration management and CI/CD tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Terraform, along with proficiency in Jenkins, SonarQube, and Git. Knowledge of "Teleport" is beneficial. Familiarity with Python and Ruby is a plus. The ability to rapidly acquire technical product knowledge, especially in security concepts, is highly valued.

This role demands a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, maturity, and road-mapping. Experience with large-scale enterprise initiatives, Information Security concepts, and Privileged Access Management is expected. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey information at various levels.
