As a Lead Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle. You will construct robust full-stack solutions leveraging microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.

Your role involves ensuring high standards for quality, performance, and security. You will mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices and the adoption of new technologies. Collaboration with global stakeholders, including Product, Business, and Architecture teams, is key. We are seeking a hands-on technologist with 10-15 years of experience, possessing strong Object-Oriented Design and clean coding practices in Java, adhering to SOLID principles. Expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and scalable system design is essential.

Candidates should have experience with Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and Agile (SAFe) delivery models, along with a proven track record of building real-time, high-scale applications. A strong problem-solving mindset, innovative solution design capabilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
